To my beloved clients, I understand that things come up and changes to your appointment time may be required. I also understand that you may wake up ill the day of your appointment, or an emergency may arise which makes it impossible for you to give the required 24 hour cancellation notice. I’m very accommodating under those circumstances. The following are general policies for non emergencies.
Cancellations
I have reserved time and space especially for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, I require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations/rescheduling.This will allow me time to fill the open treatment slot. If less than the required 24 hours notice is given, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the full scheduled session.
No Shows
If you do not call and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
Late for Appointment
I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. As a courtesy to my other clients, those who arrive up to 15 minutes late, your facial will be shortened and end at the scheduled time. You will be charged in full for your scheduled treatment. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your scheduled treatment start time will be considered as a cancellation, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply and we will need to reschedule you.
Illness and other conditions
If you wake up sick the day of your appointment, please call me to reschedule. If you show up obviously sick, I will reschedule your appointment and send you home. Please stay in bed and take care of yourself. That’s where you need to be.
You will also need to reschedule if you are having a cold sore breakout on face or neck. If you show up, I will send you home. Please call and we’ll reschedule you. Again, I don’t charge a cancellation fee under these circumstances.
Gift Cards
If you are a No Show for a scheduled treatment using your gift certificate, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment.
~Thank You For Understanding~
